Roles and Responsibilities for MEP QC Inspectors
Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the works being delivered by the project team by following the project quality plan, design drawings, specifications, procedures, and instructions. Well experienced in the interpretation aspects of MEP Works and understands fully all the requirements, relevant to the other trades/disciplines and technically capable in written & verbal implementations/communications.
§ Preparation and submission of Technical QA/QC documents ensuring the quality of works being delivered by MEP site teams to be in compliance with the technical specs, drawings, procedures, and instructions.
§ Follow the system for tracking inspection notifications and execution of inspections.
§ Coordinate with the Sub-Contractors and Design teams for multi-disciplinary activities for coordination and implementation of the activities at the site.
§ Controls all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site Observation Reports & undertake remedial action.
